Our application consists of three forms. Please print out the application information below, fill it out, and fax it to our community at (865) 938-2545. If you prefer, you may bring it to our leasing office during normal office hours.
1. Rental Application Form — Please fill in all necessary information. If you have any questions please contact us.
2. Rental Verification — Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your rental history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
3. Employment Verification — Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your employment history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
Please note our one time pet fee of $250.00 for pets under 40lbs is non refundable. Pets 40lbs and over have a $350.00 non refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $10.00 per month, per pet. There is a $100.00 deposit for all floor plans.
